Listelo: one photo, and the listing is written

My product: photograph a second-hand item, and AI writes the title, description and price in nine languages, ready for Ricardo, Tutti, Anibis, Vinted or eBay.

Home page of listelo.app: a photo of a mini oven and the listing Listelo wrote from it, price included.

Selling one item should not take twenty minutes. That is where Listelo starts, a product I designed and keep building.

The problem

Photograph the item, identify it, look up its price, write a title, a description, start again on the next platform, then in the other language: selling second-hand is mostly writing.

What Listelo does

  • Photograph the item. AI identifies it, writes the title and description, and suggests a price.
  • In nine languages. Each version is written in its own language rather than translated word for word, and cut to the limits of the target site.
  • Copy and paste the listing on Ricardo, Tutti, Anibis, Vinted or eBay.
  • Keep track of what is still online and what has sold.

Signing up gives 50 credits, no card needed.

Under the hood

React and TypeScript for the app, Supabase for the database, accounts and server functions. The AI (Claude API) only runs server-side, never in the browser. The app ships as a Docker container.
