Mesero: the restaurant menu, by QR code

The startup I co-founded in 2021: the restaurant menu on the guests' phones through a simple QR code, and orders placed from the table.

Mesero was born on 12 February 2021 in Vevey, from two friends, Ron Ohrel and me, and a simple idea: put restaurant menus in digital form, as simply as possible.

The idea

A QR code on the table. Guests scan it, the menu opens on their smartphone, and they can order straight from their phone.

My role

Co-founder and CTO. The app guests open from the QR code is written in Flutter: the menu is organised in tabs and categories, with prices and photos of the dishes.
